KPMG Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant
Qualifications
• Three years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting executive level staff
• Experience supporting multiple people with the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated proficiency of administrative and related office skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Able to work independently while exhibiting excellent time management skills
• Detailed oriented and flexible with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent phone skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
Duties
• Provide administrative support to Partners and management group
• Help ensure the efficient operation of the team
• Finalize proposals, correspondence and special projects
• Assist with client billings and process accounts payable items
• Handle travel and meeting arrangements
• Receive general instructions from supervisors and assist with other tasks as assigned

Compensation:
38K plus benefit and 401k
