Office Practice Administrator
We are currently seeking a Practice Administrator.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five years of administrative experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent time management skills, communication skills, and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to interact and work collaboratively with various levels of employees and clients
• Ability to coach and mentor
• Exhibits professional presence, composure, and demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Able to work the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Able to work overtime
Duties
• Provide high level of administrative support to the National Industry Leader and the team
• Interact frequently with area and national leadership and clients
• Execute decisions on behalf of partner / senior management and represent and support the partner in various client and non-client activities, as requested
• Anticipate travel needs and independently coordinate complex travel arrangements
• Manage and maintain complex calendars, coordinate appointments, meetings, conference calls, including extensive rescheduling
• Manage various aspects of meeting planning including coordination, communication, meeting agenda development, material preparation and budget management
• Compose and edit letters, memos, client bills, meeting minutes and other documents, author internal and external correspondence, proofread and edit documents
• Understand business unit functionality and provide superior support services to assist the team in achieving its firm goals and objectives
