Office Receptionist
We are currently seeking a Receptionist.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and two years work experience
- Professional demeanor and customer service focused
- High performing work ethic
- Ability to work with various types of management styles and levels
- Able to prioritize and multi-task
- Able to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively
- Excellent verbal communication, organization and administrative skills
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite
Duties
- Efficiently answer and distribute incoming calls, utilizing multi-line switchboard system and reception phone
- Act as first level of security; arrange back-up support for the reception desk should you need to leave
- Distribute and track guest security passes as outlined by local security coordinators
- Enter appropriate information into the Office of the Building security system for easy access to guests and clients
- Utilize best practices for dealing with inquiries from headhunters/job placement agencies; act as first line of defense; transfer calls as appropriate
- Utilize Microsoft (MS) Outlook to locate employees of firm inside and outside office
- Become knowledgeable about the firm, its business, offices services, and security procedures
- Provide Customer Satisfaction Survey results relating to the Switchboard/Reception
- Provide for training back-up support
- Provide a brief presentation about Switchboard/Reception responsibilities and procedures when necessary
- Perform typing and clerical tasks as assigned

Compensation:
33K plus benefit and 401k
