Supervisor, Administrative Assistants

We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Administrative Assistants

Qualifications
• Five years of working experience in a progressively responsible office or administrative management position • Two years in a supervisory role • Prior management and supervisory experience with responsibility for the allocation of resources, analysis of requirements, and management of work flow • Demonstrated knowledge of common business practices and basic human resource protocols • Knowledge of office equipment, computers, and the Microsoft suite of business software • Strong interpersonal communication and listening skills; strong written communication skills; and excellent presentation skills • Excellent skills related to situational assessment, problem-solving, and negotiation • Responsive approach to needs, questions or problems encountered on a daily basis • High level of energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to motivate through a participative and open management style

Duties
• Responsible for the supervision of administrative assistants serving the needs of client service professionals in varied product lines, offsite and onsite • Manage day-to-day issues related to staffing, workflow, and personnel issues • Promote teamwork, training, goal setting, and positive communication • Interact frequently with Partners and Managers regarding practice needs for administrative support • Manage projects related to the assessment of administrative workload and the management of workflow • Contribute to the success of the office by encouraging “top notch” performance of the administrative assistant team and by hiring quality personnel
